Yes. We take on management of existing commercial properties, including leasing, rent collection, CAM budgeting and reconciliation, and maintenance coordination.

What is a CAM reconciliation?

Tenants in a NNN lease usually pay monthly estimates toward common area maintenance, taxes, and insurance. At year end, the reconciliation compares those payments to actual costs. Each tenant then receives a credit or a bill for the difference, based on the lease terms.

Do you offer commercial cleaning?

Yes, through our sister company, Sands Residential & Commercial Cleaning. They provide routine janitorial service and turnover cleaning, and they coordinate directly with our management team.
