Join our expanding Commercial Real Estate Division representing buyers and sellers across commercial property types and handling leasing transactions with landlords and tenants.

An active (or in-process) Florida Real Estate License is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial property sales and leasing across retail, office, industrial, land, and multi-family sectors
Generate leads and develop client relationships through prospecting
Prepare valuations, proposals, and market presentations
Guide clients through acquisitions, dispositions, or lease negotiations
Negotiate lease terms and sales contracts
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and transactions
