Matt Hullinger began his real estate career in 1994 as a residential loan officer, then progressed through commercial financing before founding Summit City Mortgage. In 2014, he expanded into insurance services. Seven years ago, he relocated to Florida and partnered with his wife as a realtor under KW Elite. They subsequently founded Sands Property Management and later established Sands Real Estate and Property Management, where he now serves as Broker/Owner. His career spans lending, insurance, real estate sales, and property management, emphasizing honesty, reliability, and deep market knowledge.
