Showing Assistant

  • Income Type: Commission

Job Summary

Sands Real Estate is hiring a Showing Assistant to support buyer agents by handling
property showings, collecting feedback, and helping clients navigate initial home tours. This
is a high-touch, client-facing role perfect for someone who is licensed, friendly, and wants to
gain field experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Show homes to prospective buyers based on their criteria
  • Ensure properties are prepped, accessible, and secured after visits
  • Communicate client feedback to buyer’s agent
  • Answer basic questions about properties and the buying process
  • Track showings and follow-up in CRM
  • Attend inspections, final walk-throughs, or open houses as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Florida Real Estate License (active or in process)
  • Reliable transportation and local market familiarity
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Comfortable using GPS, mobile apps, and CRM tools
