Listing Assistant

Job Summary

Join Sands Real Estate as a Listing Assistant to support our agency in securing and managing
new listings. You’ll be responsible for running appointments, preparing properties for
market, and serving as the key client liaison at listing consults. This is a great entry point for
those looking to grow into a full-time sales agent role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run on-site listing appointments and walk-throughs
  • Take detailed notes and complete pre-listing checklists
  • Communicate with sellers and gather required documentation
  • Coordinate photography, lockbox installation, and signage
  • Ensure property readiness and listing quality control
  • Report appointment results to the listing agent

Job Qualifications

  • Real Estate License is Required
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
  • Prior real estate or customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Southwest Florida communities is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps, checklists, and CRM
