Job Summary

Sands Real Estate is growing our buyer agent team! We’re looking for motivated, licensed
agents who love helping clients find their dream home. We offer strong lead generation,
showing assistant support, and a backend team to help you focus on closing deals, not
chasing paperwork.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with buyer leads and identify home preferences
  • Show properties and guide clients through the offer process
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with sellers/listing agents
  • Coordinate with lenders, title, and inspectors
  • Maintain relationships and provide long-term client support
  • Input and update leads in CRM

Job Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • 1+ year of experience preferred, but new agents considered
  • Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods and market conditions
  • Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
  • Ability to work independently with team support
