In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, while our surrounding amenities are undergoing restoration, Barefoot N Paradise continues to offer a serene and tranquil escape. Despite temporary closures, and construction the beauty of Bonita Beach remains, inviting you to embrace the natural splendor of the Gulf Coast.

The complex is still rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Amenities are not open. There IS ongoing daily construction to the property and buildings.

Currently building 4 construction is a s follows:
1. finishing stucco – minor repair, priming and painting
2. rebuilding unit balconies (expected to be done by July 2024)
Each building entrance way has scaffolding with safety netting at the entryways for you to walk under as they work on the buildings for the safety of all guests.

The complex has 5 buildings each undergoing some sort of construction. There is construction work being done during daytime hours. There is ample parking for you and your guests.

The unit itself IS fully completed, cleaned and sanitized between each guest
Understand you are receiving a DEEP discount due to the inconvenience of no amesites and the construction.

What you are paying for:

1. A clean and comfortable place for you and your guests to lay your head at night, with a FULL kitchen, cable ad view. FREE parking across the street from the beach.

2. Location. Directly next to Coconut Jacks, walking distance to the Fish house, and Directly across the street from the beach, and Docs Beach house, jetski rentals, Cabana Rentals, drinks restrooms and more.

Please make sure you have read the above BEFORE making reservations and arriving on site. REFUNDS will NO LONGER be given due to the construction on the property.

Cancellation Policy

10% deposit is required at the time of booking. with remaining balance due 30 days before check in. If canceled more than 30 days before stay, 100% refund, within 30 days there are no refunds. 

 

Age Restriction / Child Policy

ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management require the booking to be made by a person(s) over the age of 25. All guests must be registered.

  • additional unregistered guests without approval from Sands Property Management. 

** Guests breaking these rules will forfeit the  remaining portion of their stay, without refund, and any damage, or remediation will be instantly charged to the card of record.
