The basic plan includes the following, additional services can be added for additional charges. Basic services include 2 visits per month and are $100.00 per month 

• Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.

• Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.

• Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.

• Check that A/C is cooling and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.

• Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush toilets.

• Check that main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).

• Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off.

• Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.

• Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism, etc.

• Home watch Inspection Checklist Report completed during each home watch inspection.

• IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of any abnormalities found.

The Full Property management Plan includes all the above, and management and administrative  services for the following. Full property management include 2 visits per month and monthly management services and are $150.00 per month. 

• Lawn maintenance and lawn care

• Pool Maintenance and cleaning 

• Cleaning services – before arrival, after departure

• General maintenance and service contracts

* * cost of services are not included in the above pricing. all 3rd party services are billed and paid on clients behalf, with client funds.
