The first is our Tenant Placement Services package which includes finding and qualifying a tenant(s) to rent your property for the time period you specify, and handle all HOA requirements (if applicable).
The second is our Leasing and Management services package which includes Tenant placement and the management services listed below.
Tenant Placement Includes – (1 month rent)

Pre- rental inspection
Establish market rent
Listing pictures, video for marketing Purposes
Worldwide marketing including all social media, MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Etc
Monitor all showings for potential tenants
Pre-qualify / qualify interested tenants
Lease preparation including all HOA forms and requirements
Move in walk through with Tenant
Release keys to tenant
Annual Leasing and Management (8% per month)
All tenant placement services and
Collecting Tenant rent
Act as an intermediate between landlord and tenant
maintenance and support for tenant issues / concerns (all 3rd party cost are responsibility of owner)
