Showing Assistant

Job Summary

Sands Real Estate is hiring a Showing Assistant to support buyer agents by handling
property showings, collecting feedback, and helping clients navigate initial home tours. This
is a high-touch, client-facing role perfect for someone who is licensed, friendly, and wants to
gain field experience.

Job Responsibilities

Show homes to prospective buyers based on their criteria
Ensure properties are prepped, accessible, and secured after visits
Communicate client feedback to buyer’s agent
Answer basic questions about properties and the buying process
Track showings and follow-up in CRM
Attend inspections, final walk-throughs, or open houses as needed

Job Qualifications

Florida Real Estate License (active or in process)
Reliable transportation and local market familiarity
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Comfortable using GPS, mobile apps, and CRM tools
