Randy Haag has been married for 6 years and is a proud father of two adult sons and a stepfather to two adult sons. With a 27-year career as a police officer and corrections officer, including roles in specialized units and supervision, he retired in March 2023. He has held his Wisconsin Real Estate license since 2007.

After recently moving to North Port, Florida, Randy and his family experienced a difficult home-buying process. This inspired him to obtain his Florida Real Estate license to help others navigate the complexities of the real estate market.

Although many of his hobbies have taken a back seat since the move, Randy still enjoys going to the gym, working out, and running. In the past, he has participated in kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Randy is deeply family-oriented and has a strong aversion to waste—whether it be time, effort, or negative energy. Detail-oriented and structured, he is known for his strong personality. He cherishes moments with trusted friends, filled with laughter, jokes, and shared stories. A staunch supporter of law enforcement, fire services, and first responders, he believes that life is short and should be enjoyed to the fullest, creating lasting memories along the way.
